Comprehensive Scope

End-to-End Passive Engineering Services.

From greenfield architectural planning to retrofitting and de-cluttering live server rooms, our certified cabling technicians deliver clean execution.

01

Structured Horizontal & Backbone Cabling

Laying solid bare-copper Cat6 and Cat6A cables through ceiling raceways, floor conduits, and cable trays adhering strictly to bend radius limitations.

02

High-Density Patch Panel Termination

Precision 110/Krone punch-down or tool-less keystone termination in 24/48-port panels with zero wire untwisting to prevent Near-End Crosstalk (NEXT).

03

Server & Network Rack Dressing

Velcro-tied, waterfall-dressed cable bundles routed through horizontal and vertical organizers for rapid port identification and maximum cooling airflow.

04

Workstation IO Box & Faceplate Terminations

Under-desk and modular raceway installation of Cat6 RJ45 keystones with spring-loaded shutter faceplates and desktop connection testing.

05

Automated Brady Labeling & Wiremapping

Machine-printed thermal transfer labels applied at both ends (desk IO and patch panel port) synchronized with your master CAD network layout drawings.

06

Fluke Channel & Permanent Link Testing

100% of terminated lines certified with our Fluke DSX-8000 CableAnalyzer, providing individual PDF compliance reports for wiremap, length, and loss.

Standardized Execution

Our Cabling Methodology.

We follow a 4-step quality framework to ensure clean physical infrastructure that scales easily with your corporate headcount.

01

Site Survey & Node Mapping

Our engineers review architectural AutoCAD drawings, calculate cable lengths, count data/voice/CCTV drops, and map optimal tray pathways.

02

Pathway & Conduit Installation

Installation of perforated GI cable trays, PVC conduits, floor raceways, and drop poles ensuring complete separation from high-voltage electrical lines.

03

Cable Pulling & Termination

Controlled pulling with proper tension to avoid cable stretching, followed by termination onto patch panels and modular workstation faceplates.

04

Fluke Certification & Handover

Every port is tested using a Fluke DSX-8000 analyzer. We provide full as-built documentation, port mapping charts, and PDF test certificates.

Service FAQs

Answers About Passive Networking.

What is the practical difference between Cat6 and Cat6A structured cabling?

Cat6 is rated up to 250 MHz and reliably supports 1 Gigabit speeds up to 100 meters (or 10 Gigabit up to 37-55 meters under low crosstalk conditions). Cat6A is rated up to 500 MHz and guarantees full 10-Gigabit speeds across the entire 100-meter channel while completely eliminating alien crosstalk. Cat6A is recommended for modern data centers, server uplinks, and high-density Wi-Fi 6 installations.

Can you re-organize and dress our messy existing server racks without causing downtime?

Yes. Rack dressing and cleanups in production environments are routinely scheduled during non-business hours, weekends, or maintenance windows. Our engineers trace each patch cord, label the switch-to-panel associations, replace tangled long cables with color-coded short patch leads, install horizontal wire managers, and systematically re-dress cables with zero unplanned downtime.

Why must network cables be separated from electrical power lines?

Running copper network cables parallel to high-voltage AC electrical lines causes Electromagnetic Interference (EMI), which induces noise and packet corruption, forcing packet retransmissions and slowing down network throughput. Following TIA/EIA-569 standards, we maintain a minimum physical clearance of 12 inches between network trays and power cables.

What warranties do you provide on structured cabling projects?

We provide a 1-year comprehensive workmanship warranty on all termination and physical installation work. Furthermore, because we are certified partners for CommScope Systimax, Schneider Actassi, and D-Link, your enterprise can qualify for the OEM's 20 to 25-year manufacturer system performance warranty upon submission of our Fluke certification test records.
