Never accept an unverified network installation. We provide third-party and turnkey cable certification using factory-calibrated Fluke Networks DSX-8000 CableAnalyzers. Every cable run is measured for Return Loss, NEXT, Wiremap, Length, Resistance Unbalance, and Shield Integrity across Hyderabad.
Cheap basic LED continuity testers only verify pin-to-pin mapping. The Fluke DSX-8000 performs multi-frequency RF signal analysis up to 2000 MHz.
Detects electromagnetic signal leakage between adjacent twisted pairs, pinpointing untwisted conductors or poorly crimped RJ45 connectors.
Measures signal reflections caused by physical kinks, cable pinching under cable ties, or sharp bend radius violations in raceways.
Ensures current is balanced evenly across all pairs—mandatory to prevent overheating and power transformer saturation in IEEE 802.3bt PoE++.
Measures the speed difference between wire pairs to prevent high-speed Gigabit Ethernet data packets from arriving out of order.
Accurately measures physical distance using Time-Domain Reflectometry (TDR) to ensure the 90m Permanent Link standard is not breached.
Verifies 360-degree shielding in Cat6A STP cables to ensure industrial interference and static charges are drained properly to ground.
Upon test completion, we export raw encrypted data directly from the Fluke analyzer into the industry-standard Fluke LinkWare PC management software.
| Parameter Tested | Fluke DSX-8000 Measurement | Standard Limit | Why It Matters to Your Network |
|---|---|---|---|
| Wiremap | Pin-to-pin, reversed, split pairs | TIA-568-A/B Standard | Prevents dead ports and broken pairs |
| Length (TDR) | Exact distance in meters | ≤ 90m (Perm. Link) / ≤ 100m (Channel) | Guarantees signal does not degrade past 100m |
| NEXT Margin (dB) | Headroom over limit curve | Positive dB margin required | Ensures zero packet drops during 10G data bursts |
| Return Loss (dB) | Reflected signal energy | Pass limit across 1-500 MHz | Eliminates retransmissions on VoIP & video |
| DC Resistance Unbalance | Pair-to-pair resistance delta | ≤ 0.2 Ohms / 3% max delta | Mandatory for 60W-90W PoE++ Access Points & PTZs |
Basic LED continuity testers only verify whether copper wires touch the pins; they do not test signal speed, frequency, or interference. A cable can show all 8 green lights on an LED tester and still fail to carry even 100 Mbps because of untwisted pairs, severe crosstalk, or impedance kinks. A Fluke DSX-8000 injects high-frequency test signals up to 2000 MHz to verify whether the cable can truly sustain Gigabit or 10-Gigabit speeds under full load.
A Permanent Link test measures only the installed fixed cabling (from the patch panel jack to the wall faceplate IO), which is the standard test required for building sign-offs and manufacturer system warranties. A Channel test includes the patch cords at both ends (switch-to-panel cord and wall-to-computer cord). We can provide either test depending on your consultant's specification.
Yes. Many corporate clients hire RV Network Solutions as an independent third-party testing agency to audit cabling work completed by civil or electrical contractors before releasing final payment milestones. We provide an unbiased, tamper-proof Fluke LinkWare PDF report indicating exact PASS or FAIL status for every port.
The Fluke DSX-8000 performs an ultra-fast 8-second Cat6A test. An RV Network Solutions testing team of two technicians can comfortably test, label, and document between 250 and 400 cable nodes per 8-hour shift.
